Looking for Maria Sanchez / 200 Cartas @ Films With A View

On Tuesday September 8th we will screen the hilarious Puerto Rican road movie 200 Cartas (aka Looking for Maria Sanchez), this time at Pllek as part of Films With A View.

Each Summer, popular hangout Pllek (including bar, restaurant and city beach) in the north of Amsterdam organizes very nice outdoor screenings – which they call Films With a View – on Tuesday nights after sunset. This year we will be selecting one films for these screenings: 200 Cartas!

We already hosted the premiere of 200 Cartas at the second edition of Muchachas Borrachas’ Fiesta Latinoamericana in Rialto last February, and now you’ll thus have a second chance to watch the successful Puerto Rican film on the big screen! In addition, before the main screening, we will show the celebrated T&T short film Pothound from Christopher Guiness.
